Terms of Use

1. Who we are

ConhecerTe is a digital service provided by Ibrae Gestão Empresarial Ltda, registered under Brazilian Tax ID (CNPJ) 63.569.836/0001-21, contact email archanjo@eqti.com.br. In these Terms, the company is referred to as "ConhecerTe", "we", or "our".

2. What the service is

ConhecerTe provides:

1. An online self-knowledge questionnaire based on the public-domain theories of William Marston (DISC, 1928), Carl Jung (Psychological Types), and Eduard Spranger (Values).
2. A behavioral profile reportin PDF format, generated from the user's answers.
3. A USER.md file in markdown format, designed for configuring AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT and similar).
4. Optionally, an Analytical Plus Report with deeper analysis, purchased separately.

3. What ConhecerTe is NOT

ConhecerTe is not a regulated psychological test. We do not provide:

• Clinical or psychological diagnosis;
• Assessment for hiring, promotion, or termination purposes;
• Technical opinions for legal, forensic, or court proceedings;
• Psychotherapeutic support;
• Career assessment certified by any licensing board.

The service is strictly a self-knowledge tool and AI-agent configuration aid. If you are looking for clinical assessment, please consult a licensed psychologist.

4. Account and registration

To use ConhecerTe, you need to create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful information;
• Keeping your credentials confidential;
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized use of your account.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing privacidade@conhecerte.com.br. Deletion removes your personal data and results, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans and payment

5.1 Plans

Payment is upfront, processed via Stripe (credit card; Pix available for Brazilian customers).

5.2 Invoicing

For Brazilian customers, an electronic service invoice (NFSe) is issued automatically after payment confirmation and sent to the registered email. International customers receive a standard Stripe receipt.

5.3 Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed at the moment of purchase are honored for that transaction.

6. Delivery

After payment confirmation:

• The Base Report (PDF) and the USER.md file are generated within 10 minutesand made available in the user's dashboard and via email.
• The Analytical Plus Report (when purchased) is generated within an additional 15 minutes.

If a technical failure occurs, our system auto-retries or our team contacts you via the registered email. If delivery does not occur within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

Per Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (applicable to transactions originating in Brazil), you have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the service and request a full refund, with no justification required. International customers are offered the same 7-day refund window voluntarily.

To exercise this right, send an email to archanjo@eqti.com.br stating your refund request. Stripe processes the chargeback within up to 10 business days, back to the original payment method.

8. Extended guarantee

Beyond the legal 7-day window, we offer an additional guarantee: if you feel your assessment result doesn't reflect who you are, we can retake the questionnaire at no cost. To request, email archanjo@eqti.com.br.

9. Acceptable use

By using ConhecerTe, you agree to:

• Answer the questionnaire in your own name, honestly;
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse the system;
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose;
• Not reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or resell the content of the reports or the algorithm;
• Respect ConhecerTe's intellectual property (see section 11).

Answering the questionnaire on someone else's behalf without their express authorization is prohibited and may violate data-protection laws.

10. Use of generated files

The PDF report and USER.md file are for personal use of the user. You may:

• Download, store, and use them in your own AI agents;
• Share the USER.md with agents, platforms, and workspaces of your choice;
• Edit the USER.md freely to adapt it to your needs.

You may not:

• Resell the files;
• Reproduce excerpts publicly without attribution to ConhecerTe;
• Use the files to train competing AI models.

11. Intellectual property

ConhecerTe's software, questionnaire items, scoring algorithm, report generation prompts, and all visual content are the exclusive property of the company, protected by Brazilian laws 9.279/1996 (industrial property) and 9.610/1998 (copyright).

The underlying theories(DISC, Jung, Spranger) are in the public domain and are not ConhecerTe's intellectual property. What is protected is our specific implementation.

12. Limitation of liability

ConhecerTe makes every effort to provide a stable and useful service, but does not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes from using the USER.md with any AI agent;
• Uninterrupted platform availability;
• Future compatibility with any third-party platform (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.).

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions you make based on the results of the assessment.

13. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Personality data is considered sensitive under Brazilian LGPD and treated with equivalent care.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and will require your agreement to continue using the service. The current version is always available at /terms.

15. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes, waiving any other forum, however privileged.
